Here you will find some of my collection of 150 talking clocks. I have had an abiding interest in Horology for an eon and only became interested in talking clocks about 10 years ago. I have talking clocks from the early 70's through the present in an amazing variety of styles. I have a six page photo gallery and have included the voice on many just so you can hear the variations in the announcement styles. Click on the underlined word "Listen" under the talking clock photo in the upper right of this page---try it. As you listen to different clocks, notice that a few "voices" are the same. That is because different companies use the same synthesized voice chip. Note: Alas, on some browsers, after clicking on the "Listen," you will have to click the "Back" button to return to the Web page.
In addition to all the photos, I also have included a wee bit of HISTORY (most interesting), some links to matters of TIME and CLOCKS, some FAQ's and the world's only TALKING CLOCK JOKE (see the last page) .
NOTE: If you are a collector of talking clocks? Please e-mail me. Comments are very welcome, as well.
